3. With a common display, the liquid crystal display orders, mimicking the status of each control point, and can easily set and modify various parameter values, monitor various working conditions and their braid speed.
5. Working principle of braiding machine:
After the braid packaging machine is connected with the gas, if it is hot sealed packaging, let the knife rise to the appropriate temperature, and adjust the carrier belt and air pressure source.
The SMD element is placed into the carrier belt by manual method or automatic loading device.
As the motor rolls, pull the cover band and the forming carrier band to the package orientation. At this position, the cover belt is on the upload belt, and the two heated blades are pressed on the cover belt and the carrier belt; The cover band seals the SMD element port on the carrier band.
In this way, the purpose of SMD component packaging is achieved. Then the receiving tray rolls up the encapsulated carrier tape.
